As a Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in crafting high-quality dishes, leading the kitchen team, and ensuring a rememberable dining experience for members and guests.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in high-end or private club dining with a strong understanding of menu development and execution.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and train kitchen staff
• Experience with inventory management, cost control, and kitchen safety regulations.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and quickly address challenges.
• Able to streamline communication between team members, front-of-house staff, and management.
