I am looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join a vibrant team to help drive the hotel's success!

In this role, you'll work hand-in-hand with the Director of Sales & Marketing to boost revenue, increase market share, and enhance the hotel's performance.

You'll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, bringing fresh ideas and energy to their strategies.

What you'll do:

• Manage our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Develop exciting marketing concepts and local packages
• Coordinate external advertising activities
• Evaluate and optimize our sponsorship and advertising efforts
• Keep our online presence fresh and engaging
• Collaborate with influencers and organize photo/video shoots
• Create eye-catching advertising materials for both print and digital platforms

What we're looking for:

• At least 1 year of experience in marketing and social media
• Excellent German and English communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• A proactive, self-starter attitude
• Strong organizational skills
• A keen eye for social media trends
• Team player mentality
• Ideally, knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop)
