Job Title: Executive chef
Salary: €4,500 – 5,000 per month + bonus
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

They are looking for someone preferably with experience in Dutch cuisine or who is open to learn.

About the role:

• You will be responsible for the breakfast, café and restaurant
• Responsible for kitchen and BOH function
• Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering a high standard of cuisine and customer service
• Promote positive team work environment
• Achieve financial and responsible business goals
• knowledge in all technical, human, & financial procedures.
• Manage kitchen department and open to being a hands on leader.
• Factoring in business forecasts, inventory controls and Health, Safety & Hygiene
• Apply general and specialist knowledge to all the sections, outlets and concepts that you are responsible for.
• To play a full part as member of the HOD team.
  
  Have an understanding of current concepts and contribute to the development of new & shows a passion for great food.

This is you:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of Dutch cuisine preferrable
• Understanding of budgeting and financial management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passion for the hospitality industry
• Live in the Amsterdam Area
