Assistant General Manager – Queens, NY – Up to $90k

We’re working with a vibrant 4-star hotel known for its coastal charm, local touches, and elevated guest experience.

They’re looking for an Assistant General Manager to help run the show and support a strong, service-focused team.

Great role for someone who’s hands-on, loves luxury hospitality, and is ready to step into a leadership position at a busy, well-regarded property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel operations across key departments, ensuring smooth coordination and consistent service delivery.
• Lead and support department managers and teams, driving a positive culture and high-performance standards.
• Monitor financial performance, assist with budgeting, and implement cost control and efficiency measures.
• Collaborate with the GM on strategy, guest satisfaction, and handling escalated operational issues.

What they are looking for:

• Solid background in hotel operations, ideally within a 4-star or boutique property
• Experience managing cross-functional hotel departments and daily operations
• Confident leader with strong communication and organizational skills
• Service-driven and hands-on, with a sharp eye for guest experience and operational flow
