Director of Design & Project Development – Hospitality, Bahrain

We have been by this well-established and expanding Hospitality Group in Bahrain to find them a Head of Design & Project Development!

The Role in Brief:

The Head of Design & Project Development oversees the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of design and capital projects across the organization’s hotel portfolio and other business units.

This role ensures that all projects align with brand standards, stakeholder expectations, and financial objectives.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, the role provides strategic guidance, fosters innovation in design and project management, and drives value creation for all assets.

What we are looking for in our ideal candidate for the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  
  An advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in a relevant field) is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in design and project management within the hospitality or real estate industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in the GCC region is essential for this role

Salary package & benefits offered:

BD 4000-4500 per month based on qualifications and experience plus full family status & standard benefits like medical, flights etc.

Annual bonus based on the profitability of the company and meeting performance targets
