The Opportunity:
We’re partnering with an award-winning group to recruit a Head Chef for their bold, design-led rooftop restaurant in Canary Wharf.

This is a hands-on role for a creative leader who thrives in high-energy environments and wants autonomy over seasonal menus.

The Restaurant:
• Premium casual dining with artistic Mediterranean sharing plates
• Breakfast service (7 days) + all-day dining
• Part of a boutique hotel group with a design ethos

The Ideal Head Chef:
• Proven experience in high-volume, quality-driven kitchens
• Creative flair for seasonal Mediterranean menus
