
Executive Chef - High-Volume Operation
We are currently seeking an accomplished and strong-minded Executive Chef to lead and manage a high-volume production kitchen South of Central London.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a culinary leader with proven experience in overseeing large-scale food production that could be for premium hospitality, high-end events, or VIP functions.
As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a large, diverse kitchen brigade, driving operational excellence, and upholding the highest culinary standards.
You will ensure the seamless delivery of bespoke, high-volume menus, while maintaining efficiency and consistency across all aspects of production.
This role demands a hands-on approach and the confidence to represent the culinary offering directly to clients.
The successful Executive Chef will combine strong leadership with exceptional organisational and communication skills, inspiring the team to deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Executive Chef benefits:

Executive Chef requirements:
- Proven track record in large-scale event catering or high-volume hospitality operations.
- At least 10 years’ experience in professional kitchens, including 4+ years as an Executive Chef.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills across planning, production, and delivery.
