Director of Food & Beverage

Location: Austin, TX

Salary: $80,000–$85,000 + Bonus

A prestigious golf brand is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead a $2M multi-level operation, including restaurant, bar, and banquet services.

We're looking for a hands-on leader with the awareness to balance floor presence with administrative responsibilities.

The current team is developing, and this role requires someone who can build structure, elevate service, and lead by example.

• Proven team leadership in hospitality environments
• Skilled at managing both guest experience and operational execution
