Talent Acquisition & Training Manager
Salary: €35,000 - €40,000 gross per annum
Location: Madrid, Spain

My client is a dynamic and growing restaurant group seeking a Talent Acquisition & Training Manager to lead their recruitment and training strategy across all levels of the organization — from front-of-house staff to head office roles.

As a Talent Acquisition & Training Manager, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and developing top talent to support our continued growth.

You'll work closely with restaurant managers, area directors, and the leadership team to ensure we hire the right people and provide them with the tools and training they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for both operational (waiters, kitchen, managers) and corporate HQ roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job profiles.
• Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews and selection processes, ensuring a consistent and professional candidate experience.
• Develop and execute onboarding and training programs tailored to different roles across the business.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
• Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
• Maintain HR/recruitment systems and ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition and training within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit across all levels – from restaurant floor teams to head office professionals.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs in a multi-site environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Hands-on, proactive, and people-driven attitude.
