Dynatrace Specialist – Enterprise Monitoring Solutions

We are partnering with a leading client in Abu Dhabi that is investing heavily in its observability and performance monitoring capabilities.

As part of this growth, they are seeking an experienced Dynatrace Implementation Specialist to lead the delivery of complex, large-scale implementations across their infrastructure and application landscape.
Responsibilities:

- Deliver end-to-end Dynatrace implementations for enterprise-level environments
- Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, and engineering teams to define and execute observability strategies
- Configure custom dashboards, alerting systems, and integrations to support performance monitoring and incident response
- Provide technical leadership, documentation, and internal training throughout project lifecycles
- Continuously optimise the Dynatrace platform in alignment with business and technical goals

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Dynatrace implementation, with a focus on large-scale deployments
- Proven experience working with enterprise clients in complex or regulated industries
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and containerised systems
- Fluent English speaker, with excellent communication and documentation skills
- Willing and able to relocate to Abu Dhabi and work on-site full-time
