Managing Partner – Cutting-Edge Restaurant, Central London - £80,000 - £100,000 OTE

Are you a visionary leader with a deep understanding of hospitality and a passion for innovation? We’re seeking a Managing Partner to take the helm of a trailblazing new restaurant concept in the heart of London.

You will take on the business as if it was your own! This will be as close to running your own business as you get, without taken on the financial risk.

But its not for the faint hearted, this is going to be long hours and big project for the right person who can take it on

Your Role:

As Managing Partner, you will be the driving force behind the restaurant’s success.

You’ll collaborate closely with the culinary team, lead a high-performing front-of-house operation, and act as the face of the brand both in the venue.

You will run the business as your own and be rewarded with a % of the business for all the amazing work you do!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of day-to-day restaurant operations
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of the full team
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences that balance consistency and creativity
• Manage financial performance including budgets, margins, and targets
• Act as a brand ambassador and thought leader in the London dining scene
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and events teams to drive visibility and bookings
• Ensure all health, safety, and licensing compliance is upheld
• Bring energy, ideas, and a founder’s mindset to every aspect of the business

Who We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in senior leadership within high-end or concept-driven restaurants
• Strong financial acumen and P&L management skills
• Inspirational leadership style with a focus on culture and accountability
• Passion for food, design, technology, and innovation
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership and push boundaries
• Strong London network and understanding of the competitive landscape
• Confident in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
