The General Manager Role:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Oversee operational excellence, ensuring all standards are met and exceeded
• Manage financial performance, including cost control and maximising profitability
• Ensure compliance with all H&S and operational audits
• Drive guest satisfaction by delivering consistent, high-quality food and service
• Plan and execute staffing and logistics to maintain speed without compromising quality
