What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading from the front, inspiring and developing your team to deliver the best
• Owning standards across operations, service, and food quality
• Keeping on top of all compliance, H&S, and financial audits
• Managing staffing, stock, and logistics to keep service speedy and spot-on
• Bringing energy, proactivity, and a can-do attitude to every shift

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Assistant Manager (or Supervisor) in a high-volume, branded food business
• Confident leader who thrives under pressure
• Passion for developing people and delivering great guest experiences
• Strong organisational skills and a sharp commercial mind
