We have partnered with an exciting new hospitality group! Working with one of their lively full-service restaurant concepts, we are on the search for a General Manager to join their team! Great opportunity for someone who loves working in a fast-paced, very high-volume restaurant and join a thriving, supportive group!

The Role

• Drive strategic plans focused on revenue growth and cost control.
• Lead all departments to ensure seamless operations and service excellence.
• Analyze KPIs to identify improvements and implement solutions.
• Oversee hiring, training, and development to build high-performing teams.
• Champion a culture of guest satisfaction, team engagement, and efficiency.

What they are looking for:

• Extensive experience in management at a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Strong team motivator – experience managing and supporting a large team
• Overall Operations Expertise – budgeting, training, scheduling, compliance
• Knowledge in all things food and beverage
• MUST be able to obtain Gaming badge & ABLE license
