Location: Lexington, KY

Salary: $85,000 to $110,000 DOE

They are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead their culinary team and uphold the high standards that have made them a staple in the local dining scene.

The Role:
As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the kitchen team, including culinary creativity, operational management, and team development.

This role is ideal for a passionate, hands-on chef who thrives in a fast-paced, elevated dining environment and is committed to delivering excellence in every dish.

The Ideal Executive Chef Will Have:

• At least 3 years of experience in a high-volume, fine-dining or upscale kitchen leadership role
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience with menu development and cost control
• A calm, efficient approach in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
