I’m working with a ServiceNow Elite Partner looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join their team.
This is a strategic and technical role where you'll work with clients to shape and deliver large-scale ServiceNow solutions across HR, IT, and Customer domains, lead pre-sales engagements, and guide clients through their transformation journeys.

If you’re confident designing full-platform architecture and influencing senior stakeholders, this one’s for you.

Ideal experience includes:
✅ Strong platform knowledge across HRSD, ITSM, ITOM, CSM, Performance Analytics
✅ Proven ability to lead architecture design and client delivery
✅ Experience collaborating with C-level stakeholders and translating business goals into scalable solutions
✅ Familiarity with employee experience and customer journey optimisation
✅ Hands-on experience with integrations, data migration, scripting, and platform configuration
✅ Ability to mentor technical teams and contribute to proposals, bids, and pre-sales strategy
✅ Understanding of change management and user adoption best practices
✅ Experience working with ServiceNow partners and aligning with their roadmap and vision

For the right person with the right background, this role offers up to £100,000 per annum plus a fantastic benefits package and performance bonus.
