I’m looking for an experienced Waterpark Manager to take full ownership of a landmark new attraction at a world-class resort in Paphos.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the pre-opening setup and ongoing operations, overseeing attractions, lifeguards, F&B, guest services, and maintenance, while ensuring compliance, smooth delivery, and outstanding guest experiences.

Your Experience

• 5–7 years’ managerial experience in a large-scale leisure facility, waterpark, or resort
• Strong background in high-volume F&B operations
• Excellent knowledge of waterpark safety standards and compliance frameworks
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate large, diverse teams
• Strong financial acumen with pre-opening project and budget management experience
• Fluent in Greek and English, additional languages are an advantage
• Eligible to live and work in the EU

Your Responsibilities

• Lead all pre-opening activities including staff recruitment, SOP development, supplier contracts, and licensing
• Manage daily operations across attractions, lifeguard supervision, F&B, guest services, and technical maintenance
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Drive financial performance through effective cost control, budgeting, and revenue optimisation
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences, ensuring service aligns with luxury standards
• Work closely with the resort’s executive team to integrate waterpark operations with hotel services
