We’re looking for an energetic and guest-focused Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at an exciting new venue that blends the best of café culture and vibrant nightlife.

About the Role:
You’ll take charge of a dynamic, all-day operation, a relaxed daytime café that transforms into a buzzy bar and restaurant in the evening, complete with pre- and post-show crowds and occasional events.

This is a hands-on management role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily F&B operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and atmosphere
• Manage and motivate the front-of-house team
• Oversee stock, rota, and operational standards
• Work closely with the kitchen and events team to deliver seamless service
• Drive sales and create memorable guest experiences
