We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 2 & 3 Practitioner to join a well-established early years provider in Golders Green.

This nurturing and welcoming environment is dedicated to supporting young children as they learn, grow, and thrive.

As a Level 2 & 3 Practitioner, you'll play a key role in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, ensuring that every child feels secure, valued, and encouraged to explore the world around them.

The setting offers a wide range of enriching experiences, including forest school sessions, specialist-led lessons in music, drama, and PE, and activities that promote wellbeing and mindfulness.

As a Level 2 & 3 Practitioner, your role will include:

  Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging and age-appropriate EYFS activities.

  Promoting children's emotional, physical, and cognitive development in a safe, stimulating environment.

  Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

  Observing and recording children's progress and contributing to their individual learning journeys.

  Encouraging creativity, independence, and curiosity through play and structured learning.

  Ensuring all safeguarding and health and safety procedures are followed at all times.

  
  

This Level 2 & 3 Practitioner role is ideal for someone passionate about early years education and committed to providing children with the best possible start in life.

To be successful as a Level 2 & 3 Practitioner, you should have:

  Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service

  
  


• 
  

  Right to work in the UK

  
  


• 
  

  Relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework

  
  


• 
  

  A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for working with children
