We’re working with a fantastic bar-led venue in London that’s looking for a talented Floor Manager to join its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong bar experience, a genuine passion for cocktails and entertainment, and a background in high-volume venues.

The role involves late-night shifts, so we’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and isn’t afraid of late nights.

The group is expanding rapidly, with multiple new openings each year, offering great potential for development and long-term career progression.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong bar experience and confidence running busy floor shifts
• A genuine passion for cocktails, entertainment, and hospitality
• A sharp eye for detail and high standards of service
• Experience in high-volume venues is highly desirable
• Someone who’s a team player, with ambition to grow with the business
