This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality or residential professional who takes pride in delivering impeccable service and creating exceptional experiences for residents and their guests.

About the Position

As Clubhouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of service within the residents’ Clubhouse — a sophisticated, members-style environment featuring luxurious amenities and communal spaces.

You’ll lead and support the Clubhouse team to ensure a warm, seamless, and personalised experience for all residents.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional, five-star service to residents and their guests.
• Managing day-to-day Clubhouse operations to ensure smooth running and outstanding presentation.
• Greeting and engaging with residents in a warm, professional, and genuine manner.
• Handling resident requests and enquiries efficiently, anticipating their needs wherever possible.
• Supporting and guiding the Clubhouse team to consistently meet service standards.
• Taking ownership of any resident concerns or complaints, ensuring positive resolutions.
• Maintaining accurate information and communication across departments.
• Contributing to team training, development, and performance excellence.

The Successful Candidate

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury residential, five-star hotel, or private members’ club environments.
• A natural communicator with impeccable presentation and a warm, confident manner.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Committed to delivering an exceptional resident experience and upholding the standards of a world-class property.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
