Location: 5-Star Luxury Hotel, Las Vegas, Nevada
Contract: Seasonal Consulting | Mid-November – Mid-January (with potential extension through Chinese New Year)
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Southeast Asian Sous Chef to assist in delivering authentic, elevated Southeast Asian cuisine at a world-class Las Vegas resort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in executing Malaysian, Singaporean, and Indonesian dishes.
- Ensure authenticity and quality across all menu items and guest requests.
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and manage a small culinary support team.
- Collaborate with hotel chefs to refine and document Southeast Asian recipes for future use.
Qualifications:
- Culinary expertise in Southeast Asian cuisine (Malaysian, Singaporean, or Indonesian).
- Hands-on experience in high-end or luxury hospitality environments.
- Culturally authentic understanding of Southeast Asian flavor profiles and techniques.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $600 per day consulting fee
- Round-trip airfare and airport transfers
