As General Manager, you’ll lead a vibrant, high-volume site offering informal yet exceptional fresh food.

About You

• Lives and breathes food and service with genuine passion.
• At least three years’ experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, quality-led environment.
• Comfortable managing weekly volumes of £50k–£70k.
• Demonstrates stability and progression in your career.
• Obsessed with operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Inspires and develops your team to reach new heights.
• Commercially astute and guest-focused.
• A natural leader who drives change and brings out the best in others.
