Head Chef – Education

We are seeking a passionate, creative Head Chef to who loves to cook for kids and takes pride in crafting nutritious, delicious meals in a calm, nurturing environment.

About the Role:

• Prepare daily meals for students and teachers, ensuring the highest standards of taste, presentation, and nutrition.
• Collaborate closely with our on-site nutritionist to create balanced, sustainable menus.
• Manage all aspects of the school kitchen, including sourcing, hygiene, and food safety.
• Cater for special events
• Maintain a positive, engaging atmosphere — a chef who enjoys bringing joy to children through food!

Requirements:

• Experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end environment (school, hotel, restaurant, or private household)
• Fluent English speaker is required and Arabic language is advantageous
• A strong understanding of nutrition, sustainability, and child-friendly cuisine.
• Excellent organisational skills and a calm, professional approach.
• Ability to design creative, health-conscious menus with autonomy and flair.

Salary: 18,000 AED (all-inclusive) with great working hours - weekends and school holidays off
