ServiceNow Enterprise Architect

A leading ServiceNow partner is expanding its architecture capability and is looking for a strategic and experienced ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to shape large scale digital transformation programmes.

This is a senior, high impact role working directly with C-level stakeholders, helping organisations maximise value from the Now Platform across the enterprise.

The role
You will define the overarching architectural vision and provide end-to-end governance across major ServiceNow implementations.

You’ll partner with business leaders to translate strategy into a clear multi-year roadmap, ensure platform alignment, and create design standards that drive consistency, scalability and long-term success.
This is a hands-on strategic role where you will influence direction, challenge assumptions and guide programmes from discovery through to adoption and value realisation.

What you will do
• Lead enterprise-level architectural design and roadmap planning across the Now Platform
• Align business strategy to ServiceNow capabilities, defining a clear target state architecture
• Govern architectural decisions, patterns and standards across multiple teams and workstreams
• Partner with senior stakeholders to shape long-term transformation and platform strategy
• Guide solution architects and technical teams, ensuring best practice and platform integrity
• Oversee integration strategy, data models, CMDB design, automation and cross-platform alignment
• Provide thought leadership, innovation and platform optimisation recommendations
• Support presales, value discussions and strategic advisory engagements
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, compliance and architectural principles

What you need
• Proven experience operating as a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect or senior cross-platform architect
• Deep understanding of the Now Platform across multiple products (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps or others)
• Strong background in enterprise architecture frameworks and governance
• Ability to design scalable, secure and future-proof ServiceNow architectures
• Excellent communication skills with experience engaging C-level stakeholders
• Consulting mindset with the ability to drive strategic conversations and influence direction
• ServiceNow certifications (CTA, CMA, CIS, CAD) highly desirable
