Support Worker - Moving and handling cert required

About the Role:
We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team in the Redhill area.

You will be supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs in both supported living and residential settings.

About Willows:
Willows is a spacious six-bedded detached house with a beautiful garden overlooking fields where horses often gallop.

It's close to Horley town centre with excellent public transport links, giving easy access to destinations by train or plane.

Our long-standing team provides 24-hour care and uses the PROACT-SCIPr-UK® approach, which focuses on proactive methods to avoid behavioural challenges and promote positive behaviour support.

Requirements:

• Manual Handling Certificate (essential)


• Experience in care or support work preferred


• Compassionate and reliable


• Ability to work as part of a team
