Lead the kitchen from the ground up at a stunning new Greek restaurant in central London.

We are partnering with an exciting new restaurant concept to recruit a talented Head Chef.

This is a unique opportunity for a chef with Greek cuisine expertise to take full ownership of the kitchen, from pre-opening setup to launch and beyond.

The Role:
As the Head Chef, you will be instrumental in shaping this new venture.

You will lead menu development, establish supplier relationships, build and mentor the kitchen team, and ensure the highest standards of food quality and consistency from day one.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef specializing in Greek cuisine
• Demonstrable pre-opening experience, including supplier setup and working with build teams
• A hands-on leader with the ability to recruit, train, and inspire a kitchen brigade
• Strong understanding of financial management, including food costing and inventory control
• A collaborative mindset, comfortable working closely with investors and management
