Assistant General Manager – Pub & Restaurant

Salary: up to £60,000 (DOE)

We are currently recruiting an Assistant General Manager for a busy pub with a restaurant inside.

The Role:

• Support the General Manager in all aspects of the business
• Ensure excellent food & beverage service and an outstanding guest experience
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver consistently high standards
• Be hands-on during busy service periods
• Assist with day-to-day operations, including staffing, training, and service management
