Salary: £150 - £220 per day (dependent on experience)


About the role/school
We are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Harlow to recruit a dedicated Primary Class Teacher.

The school is well regarded within the local community and offers a supportive leadership team, strong staff collaboration, and a positive learning environment for both pupils and staff.


This is an excellent opportunity for a Primary Class Teacher who is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and fostering a nurturing, engaging classroom.

The role is suitable for both experienced teachers and confident ECTs who are looking for a supportive setting to thrive.


Job Responsibilities




  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.




  • Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.




  • Assess, track, and support pupils' progress to ensure strong outcomes.




  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND and EAL pupils.




  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents.




  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning, and achievement.





Qualifications/Experience




  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant teaching qualification.




  • Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.




  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.




  • A commitment to inclusive practice and high-quality teaching.




  • Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service.




  • Right to work in the UK.
