Job Responsibilities

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:




  • Supporting three Year 5 pupils with special educational needs on a 1:1 and small-group basis, the children display challenging behaviour




  • Promoting positive behaviour through clear boundaries and strong relationships




  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and resilience in learning




  • Assisting with practical, active lessons and structured activities




  • Working closely with teachers and external professionals to support progress

Qualifications/Experience

To be considered for this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you must have:




  • Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service




  • Right to work in the UK
