Head Chef – Country Hotel & Leisure Venue – South West - 40 -42k

A fantastic opportunity to lead a large brigade at a stunning Grade II listed hotel set within 100 acres of parkland.

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join a well-established, branded hotel group with genuine career development.

The Venue:

• Stunning listed hotel in the South West
• 150 bedrooms, theatre, spa, and restaurant
• 100 acres of parkland

The Role:

• Lead a brigade of up to 50 chefs across multiple kitchens
• Manage orders, food stocks, and forecasting against occupancy
• Ensure H&S standards and maintain smooth, effective service
• Create a supportive team culture and challenge standards when required
• Manage costs in line with departmental budgets

The Ideal Head Chef:

• Experience with branded menus and in branded environments
• Strong financial and budget management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly
• Passionate about food, service, and team development
