Events & Programming Manager - Wellness Members’ Club, Central London

Salary: Up to £60,000 + Service Charge

The business is now seeking an Events & Programming Manager to shape and deliver a best-in-class member experience.

The Events & Programming Manager will be responsible for creating and executing a dynamic calendar of events and programming that defines the club’s identity and drives member engagement.

From intimate workshops and expert-led sessions to cultural moments and community-driven experiences, this individual will curate a programme that inspires and retains members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a year-round events and programming calendar
• Curate wellness, cultural, and community-focused experiences aligned with the brand
• Source and manage high-quality facilitators, practitioners, and partners
• Oversee end-to-end event execution, from concept to delivery
• Collaborate with marketing to maximise engagement and attendance
• Continuously refine programming based on member feedback and industry trends
• Ensure a seamless, premium experience across all events

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in events, programming, or community within wellness, hospitality, or a luxury environment
• Strong understanding of the wellness space (fitness, mindfulness, nutrition, etc.)
• An established network of facilitators and partners is advantageous
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, pre-opening environment
