General Manager - Casual Dining
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 plus bonus

A vibrant casual dining brand in the heart of Birmingham is looking for an experienced, people-focused General Manager to take full ownership of the site.

Known for quality food, stylish surroundings and a strong team culture, this is a business with personality and pace.

They need a confident operator who can lead from the front and deliver commercially.

The role:
• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment
• Take full responsibility for day-to-day operations and overall site performance
• Drive sales growth and manage the full P&L
• Create a guest-first culture that delivers consistent, high standards
• Protect and elevate brand standards while bringing fresh energy and ideas

The person:
• Proven experience as a General Manager within hospitality
• Genuinely passionate about people - both guests and teams
• Strong commercial awareness with a hands-on leadership style
• Solid track record of managing a P&L and consistently achieving targets
• Experience within branded environments - independent experience advantageous
• Established GM who can step in and make an immediate impact
