General Manager- Fine Dining

Salary: NZD $120,000

Location: Auckland

Operating a fine dining restaurant, they are a popular stop for everyone- locals and visitors.

They’re now looking for a GM who comes from a fine dining background to run their restaurant with precision and finesse.

The Role:

• Fully accountable for the operational performance of this fine dining restaurant
• Working in a fast-paced environment with strong structure and service ethic
• Leading teams from 10 to 15 people at one time
• The role is a very ‘hands on’ position where they would be expected to be creating a fun environment with good working culture
• Train and develop your team to the brand standards set by the company
• Ensure fantastic customer service at all times

• You will be a fun, friendly and outgoing General Manager
• You must genuinely enjoy working in a Quality service environment
• You MUST come from a fine dining background
• Will be full of passion and drive, successfully exceeds standards and goals
