Event Operations Manager - London - Up to £38,000 + Benefits

I am working with a high-end, unique venue in London who host a variety of exciting events throughout the year.

We are seeking an experienced event operations manager to join the team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hospitality & events operation across fashion shows, through to high profile fine dining dinners and events.

The Role:

• Overseeing the planning and smooth operational delivery of events
• Responsible for the review and action plan to improve delivery of events
• Build and lead a high-performing team
• Optimise sales and control costs
• Managing external suppliers and contractors
• Bring innovative solutions to the department
• Deliver outstanding customer events experience

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in events
• Detailed understanding of budget management and cost control
• Strong man management skills
• Experience working on large or multi-site venues
• Excellent communication skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional standards
