Senior Sales Executive – Freight & Logistics

Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire

Salary: Up to £45,000 + OTE £15,000 p.a.

This is an opportunity for a driven, commercially minded sales professional to step into a high-impact role within a growing logistics business

The Role:

• Winning new business through proactive outbound sales activity
• Building a pipeline and converting opportunities through strong questioning, negotiation and commercial awareness
• Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to onboarding and account development
• Developing long-term relationships with clients across UK and European markets
• Visiting clients and prospects to strengthen relationships and secure new opportunities
• Advising customers on shipping processes and EU customs requirements
• Growing and maximising existing accounts once onboarded
• Contributing to marketing activity including LinkedIn and campaigns

What They’re Looking For:

• Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of winning new business
• Hungry, ambitious and motivated to progress and earn
• Confident communicator with a strong telephone presence
• Commercially aware with the ability to think on your feet and solve problems
• Freight or logistics experience helpful, but not essential
• Strong IT skills, including Excel
• Positive attitude, high energy and a team-focused approach
