Finance Controller | Boutique Hotel Group | Amsterdam

A growing European boutique hotel group is looking for a hands-on Finance Controller to lead the finance function across their Amsterdam properties.

You will own the day-to-day and be able to grow and develop with the company as the portfolio expands.

Salary: €60,000 gross
Bonus: Up to 15%
Hybrid, Amsterdam-based

Your experience

• Hotel finance:  solid background in hospitality, comfortable owning the full finance function
• Hands-on:  payroll, compliance, month-end - you do it yourself
• Reporting:  confident producing management accounts for a remote senior team
• Location:  Amsterdam-based, available on-site 3–4 days per week

Your responsibilities

• Operations:  run all day-to-day finance across the properties
• Reporting:  monthly management accounts and owner reporting into London
• Business partnering:  support the GM and department heads on financial performance
• Controls:  build and maintain financial processes as the group scales
