Kitchen Manager – Italian Cuisine, KSA–

We have been retained by this well-established, Foodie brand to find them skilled Kitchen Chefs to lead the kitchen team and consistently produce delicious, authentic dishes.

We have roles in both Jeddah and Riyadh.

Experience, skills and attributes required for these roles:

• Currently working as a Kitchen Manager with a stable career history of working in fast paced, top quality kitchens
• Background working in international Italian or Mediterranean restaurants with premium/upscale ingredients
• Passionate about delicious food and ensuring guest satisfaction
• From an independent high-level restaurant background rather than hotels
• Able to manage, inspire and mentor large teams of multi-cultural staff
• Good kitchen manager who can control costs and budgets
• GCC experience always beneficial but not essential for this role
