Package: $135,000 – $150,000 + Benefits, PTO, 401K, Bonus

About the Role
We are working on behalf of a leading lifestyle hospitality group seeking a House Director / General Manager to oversee a flagship, multi-functional venue.

This role is responsible for driving overall business performance, delivering exceptional member and guest experiences, and leading a diverse, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations across events, F&B, membership, AV, and facilities
• Lead, develop, and inspire department heads and cross-functional teams
• Drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and achieve financial targets
• Ensure seamless execution of high-profile events and activations
• Maintain exceptional service standards and operational excellence
• Build strong relationships with clients, members, and key stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in senior leadership within hospitality, events, or venue management
• Proven track record in financial performance and revenue growth
• Strong operational knowledge across events, F&B, and production
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
