What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting in day-to-day restaurant operations
• Leading service and being a visible presence on the floor during peak times
• Managing, coaching, and developing the front-of-house team
• Driving guest experience, service standards, and team accountability
• Assisting with scheduling, labor management, and cost control
• Handling guest feedback and ensuring exceptional hospitality at all times
• Supporting hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff training

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as an Assistant General Manager in an upscale or contemporary concept
• Passion for hospitality and delivering high-level guest experiences
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, labor, and service standards
• Professional, polished, and hands-on approach
