What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing multiple units/venues within the concept
• Leading a turnaround initiative, improving operations, culture, and overall performance
• Developing and mentoring General Managers and leadership teams
• Driving guest experience, service standards, and consistency across all locations
• Managing P&L, labor, and operational efficiencies
• Building strong team culture with a focus on accountability and growth
• Partnering with ownership on strategy, execution, and long-term success

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Multi-Unit GM or Director within full-service casual or premium dining
• Strong track record in team development and people leadership
• Experience in turnaround or transformation environments
• KNOWS Food Trends, and knows NYC scene
• Hands-on, visible leader who leads from the floor - not the office
• Strong business acumen across P&L, labor, and operations
• High energy, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced NYC environment
