Job title:              Event Catering Manager – Iconic London Venue

Location:             London
Salary:                 £40,000 + Benefits

We are working with a well-known London events venue seeking an Event Catering Manager to lead catering operations across a diverse programme of live events, exhibitions, and private hires.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role combining operational delivery, team leadership, and commercial performance, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across high-volume events and onsite outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee catering operations across events and permanent outlets
• Deliver high-volume service across concerts, exhibitions, and corporate events
• Manage and develop catering teams, including supervisors and agency staff
• Collaborate with event and operations teams to deliver seamless experiences
• Manage stock, suppliers, and catering concessions
• Monitor budgets, P&L, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations
• Support event planning with tailored catering solutions

About You

• Experience managing catering in a large-scale events environment
• Strong operational and team leadership experience
• Background in event planning and high-volume service delivery
• Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and stock
• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
• Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, and events
