We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a stunning premium restaurant and winery in Victoria, Australia.

As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of this premium venue, ensuring outstanding guest experiences while leading and motivating a passionate team.

The venue is also well known for events, private hires, and weddings, so experience managing these will be key.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager within premium or high-end restaurants
• Strong wine knowledge and passion for premium hospitality
• Experience managing events, weddings, and private dining
• Full driving licence required

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and winery venue
• Leading and developing the front-of-house team
• Delivering exceptional guest service in a premium dining environment
• Managing events, private hires, and weddings
• Working closely with the kitchen and wine teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency
