Job title:              Catering Manager – Scotland

Salary:                 £45,000 + Benefits

We are working with a globally recognised organisation seeking a Catering Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of catering operations across events.

This is a high-impact role overseeing long-term planning, logistics, and on-site execution for large-scale, multi-site events, ensuring industry-leading standards across hospitality, retail, and VIP catering experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of catering operations across major events
• Manage full project lifecycle from concept to execution
• Oversee caterer and contractor tender processes and appointments
• Design and implement catering layouts and infrastructure onsite
• Manage staffing, training, and operational readiness
• Oversee menus and catering offer across multiple audience groups
• Control budgets, supplier performance, and commercial outcomes
• Collaborate with venues and external partners
• Drive post-event evaluation and continuous improvement

About You

• Proven experience in large-scale event catering
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Experience managing contractors, suppliers, and complex logistics
• Commercially aware with budget management experience
• Confident stakeholder manager, including senior and high-profile clients
• Highly organised, detail-driven, and calm under pressure
