Senior Sous Chef – Premium Casual Group – Soho / King's Cross – 49-52k + 5% Bonus

We are partnering with a successful restaurant group on the search for a Senior Sous Chef ready to step up.

With 3 successful sites and more on the way, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills with a clear path to Head Chef.

The Restaurant:

• Premium casual dining – elevated food, small plates, sharing concepts
• 160-200 covers on weekends
• 45-hour contract, breaks between services
• Kitchen set-up: charcoal grill, flatbread ovens
• Brigade of 15-20 chefs per site
• All fresh food prepared on site

The Senior Sous Chef Role:

• Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team
• Step up and run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence – with full support from the Group Executive Chef
• Manage ordering, stock control, rotas, and food safety
• 45-hour week, Mondays admin days
• Help develop the brigade, including CDPs
• Genuine pathway to your first Head Chef role

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong Senior Sous Chef ready for the next step
• Background in premium casual, high-volume, fresh-food environments
• Comfortable with small plates and sharing concepts
• A leader who values culture, inclusivity, and mental wellbeing
• Ambitious and ready to grow with the business
