General Manager
Salary: $80,000–$105,000 + Bonus + Benefits + PTO

Location: New York City

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead operations at a high-volume, guest-focused restaurant in New York City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Lead, mentor, and develop front-of-house and management teams
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining strict control of labor and operating costs
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and handle service recovery when needed
• Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure alignment between FOH and BOH operations
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company standards
• Execute marketing initiatives, events, and local partnerships to drive business

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Proven track record managing P&L, labor, and cost controls
• Experience in NYC market preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence
