Deputy Manager – Champagne & Wine Bar Opening   £50,000 OTE

Salary: £48,000 - £50,000 OTE

Location: West London

My client is launching an exciting new premium champagne and wine bar concept in West London, focused on delivering a refined and elevated guest experience within a stylish, high-quality environment.

The venue will offer an extensive champagne, wine, and sparkling selection alongside premium small plates and a sophisticated all-day experience.

With a strong focus on quality, service, and atmosphere, this is a fantastic opportunity to join the business during an exciting launch phase and be part of building the culture and team from the beginning.

The operation will attract a stylish West London crowd and will focus heavily on guest experience, product knowledge, and creating a relaxed but premium hospitality offering.

Main responsibilities include:

• Supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the venue
• Delivering exceptional guest experience and maintaining high service standards throughout
• Driving sales through strong floor presence, upselling, and team engagement
• Leading, motivating, and developing the front of house team
• Supporting recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members
• Ensuring excellent attention to detail across service, presentation, and operational standards
• Building strong customer relationships and creating a welcoming, premium environment
• Supporting wet-led sales performance with a strong understanding of wines, champagne, and premium beverages
• Managing shifts, stock control, and operational procedures effectively

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience within premium bars, wine bars, restaurants, members clubs, or luxury hospitality venues
• Energetic, hands-on, and highly service driven
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident working within a fast-paced opening environment
