Job Title:             Private Events Manager - London
Salary:                 Up to £35,000 + Bonus
Location:             London

We are recruiting a Private Events Manager for a prestigious London venue.

This is a fast-paced, client-facing role managing private events from enquiry through to delivery and final invoicing.

You’ll drive revenue, deliver exceptional events, and ensure every detail runs seamlessly while building strong relationships with high-end clients, agencies, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage events from enquiry to delivery and final invoicing
• Act as main client contact, ensuring a seamless experience
• Convert enquiries into confirmed business and hit sales targets
• Conduct show rounds and manage client relationships
• Prepare contracts, function sheets, and invoices accurately
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure flawless delivery
• Ensure full payment is received in advance of events
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience in events, sales, or a high-end client-facing hospitality role
• Strong track record in converting enquiries into revenue
• Confident, polished communicator with excellent relationship skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, commercially minded, and results-driven
• Experience with high-end or corporate clients desirable
