Salary: Up to £40,000
Hours: Monday – Friday

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and highly professional Operations Support Manager to join a growing corporate business based in Bristol.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong people leader who thrives in a client-facing environment and is passionate about delivering a true 5-star service experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a reception/front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional standards across the office and supporting the wider business with day-to-day operational needs.

We are particularly interested in candidates from either a corporate environment or a 5-star hospitality background who understand the importance of presentation, service excellence, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing and leading a reception/front-of-house team of 6
  • Maintaining exceptional 5-star client service standards
  • Supporting the office with day-to-day operational requirements
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and visitors
  • Ensuring the office environment is professional, welcoming, and well organised
  • Providing leadership, support, and development to the team
  • Supporting additional UK offices with holiday cover when required

The Ideal Candidate:


  • Previous experience within corporate front-of-house, operations, office management, or luxury hospitality
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Professional and highly client-focused
  • Experience working within fast-paced, high-standard environments
  • Flexible and willing to travel to other UK offices when required
  • Proactive, organised, and hands-on approach
