About the position

• You will oversee day-to-day operations and report into the site’s General Manager
• Standards of service and looking after customers will be a huge part of this role
• Will lead the beverages department and execute strategy to achieve goals
• Creating brand new cocktails and coming up with new ideas on beverages offer and display

The Ideal Candidate

• Should have a great understanding of cocktail making, trends and ways to improve the current list
• Solid back of house financials – stock, labor control and P%L
• Similar experience in trendy, up-and-coming and customer focused operations in London
